The workshop includes in person training delivered by industry professionals. We talk about our private WhatsApp group for ongoing guidance and support and preparing for job interviews. We teach you about job write ups and how they can be used for NVQ accreditation and supply course handouts for essential reading. We tell you about our past employer open days that provided direct exposure to job seekers to meet with lift employers, hiring managers and decision makers.

We have other more advance courses, both in person and online, you can choose to go on these if you wish, we will tell you more about these in the workshop.

Yes! We provide detailed guidance on how to set up your own business, find work, and subcontract to major lift companies. Many of our past delegates have successfully gone self-employed after attending.
