Our mentoring and development programmes are primarily full-paying, reflecting the depth of hands-on support, industry insight, and career acceleration we provide.
However, with the valued backing of industry sponsors, we are able to offer a limited number of bursaries at a reduced cost for individuals on low incomes who show real potential and commitment to entering the lift and escalator trade.
In addition, we are pleased to offer a number of fully funded places for those who are currently unemployed and meet certain eligibility criteria. These places are designed to support those looking to retrain, upskill, and re-enter the workforce in a skilled, in-demand trade.
